Please join us for this 1st ever Downward Dog Yoga Dance class!! This adult dance class will be a combination of Yoga, Ballet, Jazz & Zumba, all levels are welcome, jazz, ballet or bare feet optional. In this class, we will warm up, move, learn a simple dance routine and have a ton of fun!
In this workshop, we will practice the technique of finding your best Childs Pose, Balasana. This is a very challenging posture to master and takes years of practice. We need to make sure we are very mindful when practicing this posture and not to take it too far. Find just the right amount of effort & ease. If it becomes too intense, please make sure you take a break and listen to your body. This is an advanced workshop and previous yoga experience is required. namaste yogis
