Mindful Breathing, a Pranayama Workshop with Lila

5:30pm - 6:30pm

Learn about different types of breathing techniques and discover the benefits they have on your mind, body, and soul. This workshop includes some basic yoga movements, but no previous yoga experience required.


Friday March 6th

Mindful Restorative Yoga with Abby

5:30-6:30pm

Take time for yourself, be mindful in everything you do.  Join us for an evening of restoration in a Mindful Restorative yoga practice.  All levels are welcome.
