The Challenge starts Monday January 29th and runs through Friday March 1st. The Challenge will help to deepen your practice and love of Yoga as well as prepare you for a regular Yoga practice (and before we know it - Spring will be here!!) The Challenge is to complete a variety of 30 classes within the date range. Everyone completing The Challenge receives a very unique Downward Dog T-shirt, the chance to win a free month of classes AND everyone completing The Challenge will have the opportunity to 'borrow' the Lego Dog set !!

Root Chakra Workshop with Tina 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Start with a strong foundation!! Connect with Mother Earth as we build our foundation exploring the Root Chakra Muladhara. All levels are welcome, previous Yoga experience is recommended, namaste yogis!

In this workshop, we will practice the technique of finding your best Childs Pose, Balasana. This is a very challenging posture to master and takes years of practice. We need to make sure we are very mindful when practicing this posture and not to take it too far. Find just the right amount of effort & ease. If it becomes too intense, please make sure you take a break and listen to your body. This is an advanced workshop and previous yoga experience is required. namaste yogis
