Fascia flossing is a movement practice that aims to exfoliate the fascia from the inside out. Itβs similar to resistance stretching, as the βflossβ occurs when you engage a specific muscle group while elongating the muscle (pandiculation). Fascia is the tissue that encases the entire body, so when we aim to change our fascia we can impact the health of the entire body.

In this workshop, we will practice the technique of finding your best Childs Pose, Balasana. This is a very challenging posture to master and takes years of practice. We need to make sure we are very mindful when practicing this posture and not to take it too far. Find just the right amount of effort & ease. If it becomes too intense, please make sure you take a break and listen to your body. This is an advanced workshop and previous yoga experience is required. namaste yogis
