Our 2024 Fall Challenge will be Oct 1st-Nov 1st. With an emphasis to complete one class per day or approximately 6 classes per week, allowing YOU to try out new classes and instructors. Building your practice and your love ❤️ of Yoga and just watch the magic happen! The Challenge is to complete 24 classes during the month of October, either in-studio or via Zoom. This popular workshop will lead you through postures associated with each of our 7 charkras. We find that virtually every Yoga class is a journey from our Root Chakra to our Crown. This workshop will practice postures sitting, kneeling & laying on our mats, taking the time to notice how important the breath is. In this workshop, we will practice the technique of finding your best Childs Pose, Balasana. This is a very challenging posture to master and takes years of practice. We need to make sure we are very mindful when practicing this posture and not to take it too far. Find just the right amount of effort & ease. If it becomes too intense, please make sure you take a break and listen to your body. This is an advanced workshop and previous yoga experience is required. namaste yogis
