Chakra Alignment workshop. Our Chakras are an energy system that flow from crown to tail.  This workshop will practice postures associated with each of our 7 chakras, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced and aligned.  This workshop is perfect for all levels and previous Yoga experience is NOT required. namaste yogis

Hip Opening Workshop with Kelli

This workshop will explore and move through Asanas to help stretch and open up all the muscles around the hips.  The hips connect the upper body to the lower body and become an area where we tend to 'store' a lot of tension, so this release is incredibly beneficial.  All levels are welcome, previous Yoga experience is recommended.  namaste yogis

Inversions Workshop with Kelli

Inversions, whether you love them or really love them, they are an essential part of our Yoga practice.  So many different options to go upside down and incredibly healthy & beneficial is so many ways.  Reverse the pull of gravity on your bloodflow & join us for this workshop. We will practice safe preparations for sirsasana, headstand and other variations.  This workshop is only offered in-studio.  Please note - you do not have to do a headstand to attend this workshop, this is a learning opportunity.  namaste yogis!

Fascia Flossing Workshop with Matilda!!

Fascia flossing with Matilda is back ! Whether you're new to the method or have enjoyed this workshop before, we invite you to (re)discover fascia flossing, an innovative method that revitalizes the fasciaβ€”the connective tissue that envelops the entire bodyβ€”to enhance your overall health. By combining movements that elongate the targeted muscle with movements that engage the targeted muscle, this practice helps release energetic blockages, stimulate the lymphatic system, and boost immunity.


This 1-hour workshop will begin with an introduction to the essential role of fascia and the benefits of stimulating it, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. We will then β€œfloss” both the upper and lower body, adding Pilates-inspired exercises to foster a deeper connection to the body in a fluid and more familiar way. A dynamic sequence will follow, incorporating each of the fascia flosses covered during the previous section to amplify the practice's impact.


Matilda is a guest instructor, cost for this workshop is $30 per person and not included in memberships.

Dance Class!!

Dance class!!  This adult dance class will be a combination of Yoga, Ballet, Jazz & Zumba All levels are welcome, jazz, ballet or bare feet optional.  In this class, we will warm up, move, learn a simple dance routine and have a ton of fun!

Childs Pose Workshop

In this workshop, we will practice the technique of finding your best Childs Pose, Balasana.  This is a very challenging posture to master and takes years of practice.  We need to make sure we are very mindful when practicing this posture and not to take it too far.  Find just the right amount of effort & ease.  If it becomes too intense, please make sure you take a break and listen to your body.  This is an advanced workshop and previous yoga experience is required.  namaste yogis
