We have a lot of students that will do several sessions of Yoga for Beginners (time, pace of class, etc.) and other students that will venture on to other classes. We offer Gentle Yoga in the mornings, Yoga 101 & Vinyasa Flow Basics in the afternoons, and Relax/Restore on Sunday evenings.

You may also simply come to the studio before class and sign up in person, we're pretty flexible!
